For over 20 years now, Hirai Health Services has been taking the "team" approach to getting to the "root" cause of your chief complaint(s).  That is why we use several methods to "assess" a person so we can more easily figure out the correct "plan" for each client individually. 

Plus we will refer you to other practitioners that are highly qualified in other fields or specific areas as required, so you can get well.

This plan is based on the findings of the assessment and could include; (keep in mind that this is based on the individuals needs.)

  • Dietary Suggestions.( We use many types of diets & it depends on the person as to which one we suggest. Ie. Paleo, GAPS, Ketogenic, ABO type diet, etc.

  • Detoxification, including heavy metals (we do not offer IV chelation, but can refer you to Doctors that do this therapy.)

  • Herbal recommendations/applications.

  • Homeopathic drainage or single remedies.

  • Breathing exercises.

  • Visceral manipulation & Cranial Body Work.

  • Recommendations to other therapies/modalities.
